Less than a month separates us from getting our hands on the next chapter of the remake of the historically famous RPG, Final Fantasy VII, with Final Fantasy Rebirth coming out on February 29th, 2024.
Square Enix shared the latest trailer titled “Destined for Rebirth,” showcasing more scenes from the story that will lead the beloved characters of Final Fantasy on a journey to uncover the past about Sephiroth and initiate the pursuit to understand his plans for the world of Gaia. The trailer shows more of the battle system, visions of Cloud’s past, the march of Juno and a little mysterious surprise to hype up the fans.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will pick up where Remake ended, with Cloud, Aerith, Tifa, Barret, and Red XIII leaving Midgar in pursuit of Sephiroth. The team behind Final Fantasy VII Rebirth previously announced that this chapter of the game will conclude at the events that transpired in The City of Ancients, an event known to every fan of Final Fantasy.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth comes out on February 29th, 2024, exclusively for PlayStation 5.
