If you’ve found yourself in the same predicament as me, searching high and low for the location of Training Facility V-B in Gongaga for Phenomenon Intel 1: Training Facility V-B in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, rest assured, you’re not alone. Navigating through Gongaga can be quite confusing, as it’s essentially a jungle. On my first attempt, I spent a good thirty minutes searching above ground, only to realize later that the facility is actually underground.
To locate the facility, head to the Cliffside Storehouse area, situated at the southernmost point of the Gongaga region. Look for an entrance with stairs leading down to the facility. In terms of positioning, it is perfectly aligned south of the legend icon for the quest on the map.
